Please be aware snow globe tumblers can take 1-1 1/2 weeks to ship for degassing process to be done correctly.
Please be aware epoxy tumblers take 4-6 days to make and then need to sit for another 5-8 days before shipping. These will take 2-3 weeks before any shipping will happen.
Please be aware sublimation tumblers can be shipped as soon as they are made.
Please be aware all beadable items need to sit for 2-3 days to make sure they are properly sealed. Shipping will be a week.
If you have a mixed order of items please base your shipping period off the item that has the biggest shipping time.

Thank you for shopping with Glammin Chaos Creations! From the time a customer places an order processing time can range from 1 day to 7 lives for your order to be made. Once your order is made, please leave a 3 week window for shipping process to happen. We strive our best to get items made and out as quickly as possible. We try to have a faster turnaround time then quoted but life can happen and change our expectations.
Already made orders please give us 5-10 days to ship.
Please be advised that air bubbles within the snowglobe cups can occur as a natural result of shipping proccess. This is not grounds for a replacement. These bubbles are considered envitable aspect of shipping and handling process.
Please note that ALL SALES are FINAL. Refunds are not offered. However, if an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error (such as leaks, improper sealing, broken due to shipping, or decal issues) we will provide a replacement items at no additional cost. If a product arrives damaged, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the damaged item(s). Not from when you open the package. Images that need to be obtained to be fully accpeted for a replacement will be picture(s) of item, pictures of interior of the shipping box, and pictures of the exterior box. If only some of this is submitted a replacement will have to wait on if claims will accept or deny a replacement. If product is damaged due to visible neglect on behalf of the postal service, you must file a claim with the post office as all packages are shipped with insurance. If the packaging is normal but product is damaged, we may offer a replacement. This will be determined on a case by cases basis and proof submitted.
